Reports claim that defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka of Manchester United is being linked to a transfer to Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr.

It follows the Saudi Arabian team’s £20 million attempt to sign Tottenham right-back Emerson Royal being turned down.

There is talk of Aaron Wan-Bissaka making an unexpected move to Saudi Arabia.

Wan-Bissaka’s contract has been extended by Man Utd by one year, keeping him at Old Trafford until 2025.

However, he is still being linked to a departure after SunSport exclusively disclosed on Monday that the Red Devils had turned down Inter Milan’s offer to trade Denzel Dumfries for another player.

This season, Wan-Bissaka has started 10 Premier League games, including the past four.

Due to a hamstring injury that kept him out of action for almost a month earlier in the season, he has now joined Erik ten Hag’s squad and filled in at right and left back.

Furthermore, The Telegraph claims that Al-Nassr, who want to bolster their roster in front of the second half of the season, are now showing interest in him.

Ronaldo and company are attempting to narrow Al-Hilal’s seven-point lead at the top of the Saudi Pro League standings.

Wan-Bissaka’s entry, though, is contingent on Al-Nassr unregistering one of their international players.

David Ospina, Sadio Mane, Aymeric Laporte, Marcelo Brozovic, Alex Telles, and Ronaldo are among them.

This season, Wan-Bissaka has come and gone from Manchester United’s squad.

Wan-Bissaka paid £50 million to join Manchester United from Crystal Palace in 2019.

Despite playing 177 appearances for the team, he didn’t win a significant title until the Carabao Cup last season.

Ten Hag’s men’s season is not going as planned either.

Manchester United has dropped nine of their first 21 games and is now lingering in ninth place in the Premier League standings.

In addition, they have been ousted from the Champions League due to their group’s lowest finish.

Man Utd will play Newport County in an FA Cup fourth-round match on Sunday.
