In a heartwarming celebration of her 20th birthday, Christabel Mawuenam Adzoa Adza went beyond the ordinary, choosing to mark this milestone at the Becky’s Home orphanage in Senya Beraku on Thursday, 21st December, 2023.
This extraordinary event, orchestrated by the Oracle Village Foundation, unfolded with Christabel engaging in playful moments with the children, sharing not only her joy but also essential provisions like food, stationeries, and clothing.
Adding to the spirit of benevolence, Christabel came in the company and support of her friend, Kassesse Solace Akpe Sun, whose foundation, MassLink, shares a vision of putting smiles on the faces of the vulnerable in society, especially children. Kassesse expressed her deep love for children and the profound desire to utilize her foundation to address the needs and aspirations of these young lives.
The generosity extended beyond the orphanage walls, as Oracle Village Foundation ensured that some of the contributed items reached widows and children in the broader community. Apostle Abeiku Okai, the Director of Oracle Village Foundation, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Christabel, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Adza, and the accompanying friends for their benevolent contributions.
Thrilled by the vision of her sister to touch lives, Christabel’s sister, Amanda Mawutor Adzoa Adza, joined and supported with media coverage, serving as the official photographer of the occasion. It was her great joy to be with her sister and the kids in such a moment, capturing the essence of the celebration and the genuine happiness shared between Christabel and the children. In celebrating her 20th birthday, which had already taken place in October, Christabel not only marked a personal milestone but also sowed seeds of compassion and kindness that promise to bear fruit in the lives of those she touched, alongside the impactful efforts of MassLink in amplifying this message of care for the vulnerable.
