JOSE MOURINHO stated that Pedro is a “born diver” before delivering a “classic” line.

During his second stint as Chelsea’s manager in 2015, Mourinho acquired the Spaniard from Barcelona.

Pedro ‘should be a swimmer’, according to Jose Mourinho.

Pedro was signed by Mourinho during his second stint at Chelsea.

And when Roma, led by Mourinho, visited Lazio, the two got back together.

Pedro, whose former boss accused him of diving during the game, began the encounter on the wing for the home team.

Following the 0-0 tie, Mourinho stated, “I didn’t want to leave Mancini with Pedro by himself. Karsdorp had to stay and support him for me.

“Pedro is a fantastic player but he is a born diver, an excellent swimmer, he dives into the pool just beautifully.”

Fans were inconsolable, with one exclaiming, “Classic Jose.”

“I love Jose a lot sometimes,” said one person, laughing.

After moving to the Italian capital in 2021, Mourinho won the Europa Conference League during his first season there.

The previous season, he led them to the Europa League final, but Roma’s start to the current campaign has been lackluster.

The 60-year-old Mourinho’s contract at the Stadio Olimpico expires in June 2024, and it doesn’t appear like he will be sticking around after that.

The Portuguese coach is expected to go after his contract expires, according to TeamTalk.
