An ex-player for Chelsea has advised them against signing “Fifa player” Jadon Sancho.
We disclosed that after Sir Jim Ratcliffe completes his £1.3 billion buy-in for a 25% stake in the Red Devils, Manchester United plans to let go of the 23-year-old winger.

After previously being prohibited from training with the senior team and from utilizing any of United’s facilities, including the canteen, Sancho has been removed from the group on WhatsApp.
After a stalemate that began when he was left out of the squad for September’s 3-1 loss against Arsenal, he was outcasted.
When questioned about his absence later, Boss Erik ten Hag said that Sancho’s training was subpar. In response, Sancho wrote on social media, saying, “I will not allow people saying things that are completely untrue, I conducted myself in training very well this week.”
Ten Hag demanded an apology that never materialized, even though the England star—whose last cap was more than two years ago—deleted the post.
Sancho, who cost £73 million to sign from Borussia Dortmund in July 2021, has been pushed to give in by teammates and officials, but he has refused.
United is now eager to get rid of the player as quickly as possible. Prior to the row, the star had only made three Premier League appearances this season.
One team rumored to be planning a move for Sancho when the January transfer market opens is Chelsea.
But Glen Johnson, who won the League Cup and the Premier League in his four years at Stamford Bridge, has sent a strong warning to his former employers about a possible transfer.
Furthermore, the 39-year-old former full-back for England said he thinks Sancho is just a “Fifa player.”
“I think it’s a move they should definitely avoid,” Johnson said to Betfred.
“He’s been with Manchester United for a while, and I don’t think he’s ever started three or more games in a row.
“You won’t do it at Chelsea either if you’re not doing it at Manchester United, where you have more seasoned and experienced players in the locker room who can get you in shape.”
Chelsea has started to spend big money on younger players on long-term contracts in the hopes that they will succeed over the upcoming years, ever since Todd Boehly took over the team last year.
Johnson does, nonetheless, think that Sancho’s possible arrival might have an impact on the young team.
He went on, “He’s going to get away with murder and he could get worse if he goes to Chelsea where it’s a young dressing room.”
“It’s obvious that the kid has some aptitude, but there seems to be a problem—I’m not sure if it’s his work ethic or attitude.
“In my perspective, he is a better player on FIFA than he is for a major team.”
