Less than twenty-four hours after winning the Euro 2024 title, ALVARO MORATA is moving from Atletico Madrid to AC Milan.

Thanks to a late goal by Mikel Oyarzabal, La Roja defeated England 2-1 in Berlin on Sunday night, with the 31-year-old captain of Spain, Morata, breaking hearts in the process.

Alvaro Morata is expected to go from Atletico Madrid to AC Milan.

Less than 24 hours after Spain won Euro 2024, Morata is relocating to Milan.

Throughout his career, Morata has played for a number of prestigious clubs.

Morata now has even more cause for celebration, having finalized a deal to Italian powerhouse Milan, just one day later.

Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano claims that Milan has finalized the bargain deal by activating the striker’s £10.9 million release clause.

The former Chelsea star is set to sign a four-year contract with the Rossoneri after reaching a personal agreement.

It is now anticipated that Morata would see a doctor at the San Siro this week.

Morata’s transfer to Milan validates the assessment of the center-forward made by BBC pundit Guy Mowbray prior to the Euro 2024 championship game.

The attacker is scheduled to play for another elite team, according to Mowbray, who stated that he “only does the biggest clubs”.

Before moving to Juventus in 2014, Morata played four seasons at Real Madrid’s first squad, where he first gained notoriety.

After spending two years as a player for Juventus, he briefly returned to Real Madrid before joining Chelsea in 2017.

Nevertheless, Morata fell short of expectations at Chelsea, when he was signed for a then-club record £65 million.

Just 24 goals and six assists were collected by him in 72 games at Stamford Bridge.

And he was quickly transferred on a one-year loan to Atletico in 2019.

2020 saw Atleti seal a permanent contract, but not before loaning Morata back to Juventus for two seasons.

In the end, he returned to the Spanish capital, where he finished the previous season with 21 goals in 48 appearances for Diego Simeone’s team.
