Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus has expressed ambitions for an even more impactful season at West Ham United, following a stellar debut campaign in the Premier League.
The 23-year-old, who joined from Ajax last summer transfer window, contributed significantly to the Hammers with 14 goals and six assists in 45 appearances across all competitions.
Despite his impressive performances, Kudus believes there’s still room for improvement. He’s excited about working under new manager Julen Lopetegui and is eager to showcase his full potential at the London Stadium.
“To start and announce myself, it was quite a good start for me personally, but I believe I still have so much in me that I can still show to everyone,” Kudus said.
As West Ham prepares for the upcoming season through pre-season friendlies, Kudus is enthusiastic about the team’s progress. “I’m looking forward to getting back out on the pitch,” he added.
The Ghanaian star, who was crowned Europe’s most successful dribbler last season and won West Ham’s Goal of the Season award, is undoubtedly one of the most exciting young talents in the Premier League.
