Spotlight Ghana Awards has awarded two Divisional Chiefs from Manhyia palace for their fantastic work and Developmental projects in their communities.
The Chiefs are Asante Dawu, Nana Kofi Frimpong Ababio who is Otumfuor Brempong
has emerged as the most performing chief of f the year and Nana Amankwah Otuo Amponsem ll, Kokofu Abuoso Chief who is also double as Otumfuor Brempong also picked the Best Developmental chief of the year at 2024 Spotlight Ghana Awards.
The 2024 Spotlight Ghana Awards held on Friday 12th July, 2024 amidst a rich royal and traditional ambience at the Kumasi Adum SSNIT conference hall.
The prestigious ceremony attracted close to 37 traditional rulers, politicians, man of God, and businessman and women, herbal practitioner and many other sectors across the country.
Some prominent people’s were also awarded in the different subcategories in all sectors across the country.
They included the National Vice President Of Zongo Chiefs And President Of Eastern Regional Zongo Chiefs, Alhaji Abubakar Umar won Best Muslim Youth Counselor Of The Year, Mpasatia Zongo Chief, Chief Abdulia Mohammed, received Best Educational Philanthropist Of The Year, Founder And Leader God Of Fire Ministry and Ogya Nyame Prayer Camp, Prophet Ogya Nyame, Most Performing Prophet Of The Year, Bono East NDC Regional Chairman, Hon. Unas Owusu, went home as Outstanding Contribution To Human Rights And Political Freedoms Of The Year, Nhyiaeso NDC Constituency Chairman, Hon. Ernest Afayam, got Most Outstanding Politician Of The Year, Afigya Sekyere East NDC Parliamentary Candidate, Hon. Evans Amoh Twumasi, grab Most Outstanding Young Politician Of The Year, Founder And Leader Of Peniel Prayer Center, Prophet Frank Odefour Mensah take home with Most Outstanding Prophet Of The Year, Founder And Leader Of Kings And Queens Church International Ministriy, Apostle Dr James Mickeown Forson as Best Marriage Counsellor Of The Year, CEO of Alva One Herbal Clinic, Rev. Dr. Eric Akwasi Baah also won Most Performing Young Herbal Practitioner Of The Year while Alva One Herbal Mixture got Best Malaria Herbal Mixture Of The Year, CEO of Okyeso Nyame Herbal Center, Dr. Eric Awuah went home with Best Herbal Practitioner Of The Year whiles Okyeso Nyame Herbal Center also grabbed Best Prostrate Treatment Center Of The Year, Founder And Leader Of Goshen Prayer Center, Prophet Ebenezer Kofi Owusu get Most Outstanding Young Prophet Of The Year, Former Deputy Local Government and Sports Minister, Hon. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah grab Overall Best Influential Politician Of The Year, Anamens Pharmaceutical Company Limited got Best Pharmaceutical Company of the year Awards respectively.
Several others also took various awards for their contributions to society.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Spotlight Ghana Awards, Mr. Samuel Mensah popularly known in the media fraternity Nana Nyarko said;
“Frankly, my expectations for the night has been met, I hope this ceremony would encourage other Traditional Rulers, Politician, Herbal Practitioner and all sectors to work harder to improve lives of their people”
He added the foundation would it effort in place to improve upon subsequent events.
The event was organized by the Spotlight Ghana Event Limited Company to reward Traditional Rulers and all sectors across the country who were making strides and impacts in their respective jurisdiction and the country at large.
