Kojo Kurankye popularly known in the Ghanaian music scene as Ras Kuuku has stated emphatically that he has no beef between him and Highlife artiste, Kofi Kinaata.
“I’m not beefing Kofi Kinaata to make my new album trend but that video that I did was supposed to be done so whoever doesn’t agree is up to them,” he stated in an interview with Amansan Krakye.
He said despite his public fallout and disagreement with Kofi Kinaata for removing his verse from the ‘Effiakuma Love’ song, he doesn’t have any ill feelings about his colleague.
“Between me and Kofi Kinaata deep down my heart I don’t have any issue with him just that we had a misunderstanding but I’m not fighting him. He is my brother in the music industry and when there is a misunderstanding we say it but there are a lot of musicians who keep things in their heart when issues come up.
When I spoke about my misunderstanding with him, I’m now okay because I don’t have any ill feelings within me about Kofi Kinaata,” he added.
