bohyeba Richard

Bohyeba Richard is a man who has always been driven to succeed. He has faced many challenges and obstacles in his life, but he has always found a way to push through and come out stronger on the other side. As he reflects on his journey, he realizes that there are four key factors that have enabled him to keep pushing forward: Prepare, Practice, Push, and Pray.

Prepare: In order to achieve anything great, one must first prepare. This means setting goals, creating a plan of action, and making necessary sacrifices to ensure success. One example from the Bible that illustrates the importance of preparation is the story of Noah. God told Noah to build an ark to prepare for a flood that would destroy the earth. Noah followed God’s instructions and built the ark, which saved his family and all the animals during the flood.

Practice: Once you have prepared, the next step is to practice. This means putting in the work and effort required to achieve your goals. It means staying committed to the process and being willing to put in the time and effort even when it is hard. One example from the Bible that illustrates the importance of practice is the story of David and Goliath. David spent years practicing his skills as a shepherd, which prepared him to defeat Goliath when the time came.

Push: Even when you have prepared and practiced, there will still be challenges and obstacles that you must overcome. This is where pushing comes in. It means persevering through the hard times and staying focused on your goals even when it feels like everything is against you. One example from the Bible that illustrates the importance of pushing is the story of Joseph. Joseph was sold into slavery by his own brothers, but he never lost sight of his dreams. He pushed through years of hardship and eventually became a powerful leader in Egypt.

Pray: Finally, it is important to remember that we are not in this journey alone. We need God’s help and guidance to achieve our goals and overcome the challenges that we face. Prayer is a powerful tool that can help us stay connected to God and find strength in difficult times. One example from the Bible that illustrates the importance of prayer is the story of Daniel. Daniel prayed to God three times a day, even when it was illegal to do so. His faithfulness and devotion to prayer helped him to stay strong in the face of persecution and adversity.

  • Matthew 7:24-27 – “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”

                    Practice:

  • Colossians 3:23-24 – “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”

  • James 2:14-17 – “What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
