Proponents of Anti-Gay bill using it as a political strategy and nothing else – Lydia Forson

Actress Lydia Forson is of the view that if proponents of the anti-gay bill mean business, they should use this opportunity to fight to build Ghana’s economy.

The actress indicated that they should ensure that Ghana is self-reliant.

However, she believes that it is clear that they do not have the people at heart but rather are using the fight for the bill as a political strategy meant to capitalize on your fear, anger and moral beliefs.

“If this bill means so much to those championing it— this is their chance to work at building and fighting for a country & economy that can stand on its own.

But you see, this is nothing more than a political strategy meant to capitalize on your fear, anger and moral beliefs,” she said.
