Collision on Accra-Cape Coast Highway: 15 Passengers Fatally Injured and Numerous Others Hurt in Horrific Gomoa Okyereko Accident
In a tragic incident that occurred on the Accra-Cape Coast highway, approximately 15 passengers have lost their lives, while several individuals have sustained injuries.
The ghastly accident took place at Gomoa Okyereko and involved a Yutong bus that was en route from Liberia to Liberia Camp, near Budumburam. The bus collided with a fuel tanker, resulting in severe damage and casualties.
Promptly responding to the distress call, the Winneba Fire Station is currently at the scene, diligently undertaking rescue operations.
Their efforts are focused on providing aid and support to those injured in this devastating accident.
