The Parliamentary Candidate of Odododiodioo NPP, Alhaj Abdul Mannaf Sowah, was conferred on with a prestigious award in the Global Excellence Business Leaders Awards 2023. The annual event which is organized by the Leaders Awards House, took place in Crowne Plaza Jumeriah 5, Dubai.
The award category also saw eight (8) more outstanding global business leaders as recipients. They include; Mr. Ibrahim Mahama, Founder, Engineers and Planners and CEO, Dzata Cement, Dr. Edwin Alfred Provencal, MD, Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation (BOST), Dr. Obed Asante, CEO, Ghana Nuts Company, Dr. Michael Kojo Adegoke, President, M-GIBES College of Business and Management Mr. Mars Du, MD, Happy Sunshine Company Ltd amongst others.
Cargo Aponkey APY Limited, do which Mannaf Sowah is the CEO, was also awarded as an Excellent and Reliable Logistics Service Provider.
APY Cargo Limited is a logistics company operating in Ghana, China and Turkey. The company through its leadership and CEO, Mannaf Sowah, was awarded the Best Freight Forwarding Company at Ethiopia Airlines Awards in 2019.
Alhaj Abdul Mannaf Sowah, Parliamentary Candidate for NPP, was also awarded 2022 Philanthropist of the Year in the Youth Choice Awards in Ghana.
The 2024 Parliamentary Candidate was overwhelmed upon being selected together with other top industry players as recipient of the award. This proves recognition of his leadership in global businesses.
Abdul Mannaf Sowah became the parliamentary candidate of Odododiodioo Constituency in December 2023, after emerging as winner in the primaries. His charisma and benevolence has earned him a house hold name in Odododiodioo, which is being chanted and cheered across the length and breath of the constituency by all walks of people.
With the current state of NDC and their 2024 Parliamentary Candidate, victory for Mannaf Sowah is imminent in Odododiodioo, since his personality cuts across religious, socio-economic and ethnic divides in the Constituency.
