The Aburihene who double as the Adontenhene of the Akuapem Traditional council Otobour Djan Kwesi ii is happy that, Nsawam is going to get some additional factories, to augment the already existed factories in the municipality.
He said, it will go a long way to reduce the unemploymentrate in the municipality.
He spoke at Okobeyeyie, a farming community near, Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality of the Eastern Region at a sod cutting ceremony.
The Municipal Chief Executive of the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality, Hon Isaac Kwadwo Buabeng, said it is the assembly that has collaborated with the chiefs and investors to put up the factory.
He was hopeful the factory will create a long way to reducing the unemployment among the youth in the area.
On his part, Nii Lantei Botchway, the CEO of Nilani food masters Ltd and the investor for the initiative fute his aim that, he wants to establish a food processing company that can export fruit juice and for the local market.
He said he will build a storage facilities that can help the farmers store the remaining of their crops and make sure 90% of his workers will be within the Municipality.
Also he said he is expecting cooperation from the workers he will be employing to make the company grow.
