NPP Parliamentary candidate for Okaikwei constituency and Deputy minister of Trade and Industrial, Hon. Nana Ama Dokua Asiamah-Adjei,

has launched an award scheme aimed at recognizing and motivating both private and public school teachers and Non teaching staff within the Constituency.

 

Speaking with the media at the unveiling ceremony, Hon. Nana Ama Dokuaa Asiamah Adjei emphasized the importance of acknowledging the hard work and dedication of teachers.

 

He stated that while providing educational facilities is crucial, it is equally important to ensure that teachers feel appreciated and motivated to give their best.

 

On the upcoming Basic Education Certificate Examination(BECE), she highlighted that she has partnered the Education Directorate in Okaikwei to organise Mock Examination for all BECE Candidates within the constituency.

 

According to him,the mock exams is part of the plans to improve the maximum passes of students in the Okaikwei North with regards to Basic Education.

 

She however quizzed that, this is my quota to complement the good initiative of Free SHS Policy by the Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo led administration.
