National Service Personnel’s (NSP) in the public sector are struggling to meet their basic needs as their monthly allowance have not been paid for the past three months.
Despite assurance from the National Service secretariat (NSS) the allowances will be paid monthly,but only for January, payment date has been changed three( 3) times and the reasons for the delay remains unclear .
Alot of the ( NSP) are complaining bitterly on the the fact that they still relying on their parents and grandparents everyday for financial support and others too their transport intake to work In and Out every day.
They really expressed deep concern about the adverse impact of the unpaid 3months allowance on their lives .
