Students from Junior High Schools (JHS) in the Ledzokuku Constituency were jubilant and full of gratitude as they received a remarkable donation of 4000 exercise books from Honorable Benjamin Narteh Ayiku, the esteemed Member of Parliament for Ledzokuku. The selfless act of providing these essential learning resources has won the hearts of the students and underscores the MP’s commitment to their educational advancement.
The impressive donation, which took place today, aimed to improve access to educational materials and enhance students’ learning experience. Several JHS in the Ledzokuku Constituency were positively impacted by this generous gesture, ensuring that students from diverse backgrounds have the necessary tools to excel academically.
Among the schools benefitting from this initiative, Dar-Es-Salaam “A” Junior High School received 320 exercise books, followed by Dar-Es-Salaam Islamic JHS with 225, and Jordan Methodist Basic School with 275. Other schools such as Teshie Hedor R/C Basic School were provided with 290 exercise books, Teshie Salem Presby JHS with 640, and Teshie Bethlehem Presby JHS with 365.
The generous allocation of exercise books continued with Marteytsuru Presby JHS receiving 630 books, Dar-Es-Salaam B & C JHS with 615, Teshie Krobo Basic School with 285, and Teshie Aboma Presby JHS with 355. Each school’s allocation aimed to ensure that every student had access to the much-needed educational resource.
The excitement was palpable as students expressed their gratitude for this remarkable gesture. Through their smiles and heartfelt testimonials, it was evident that they understood the immense value that Hon. Benjamin Narteh Ayiku’s donation carried.
