Kelvin Agyekum, widely known in the Ghanaian entertainment industry as Kurl Songx, has shared his reasons for remaining tight-lipped about his political preferences in the lead-up to the December 7 elections. Despite some creatives openly supporting either Bawumia or Mahama, Kurl Songx has chosen not to publicly disclose his choice.
In an interview on Property FM, Kurl Songx explained, “I’m a musician, but I do have a candidate I support. However, I prefer to keep that private.” He further elaborated, “I will vote for someone based on their message and its potential benefit to us and future generations, rather than personal liking or disliking.”
Kurl Songx emphasized his decision to withhold public endorsement, stating, “I’ve decided not to publicly declare my support for any candidate. When the time comes for the election, I know who I will vote for.”
