John Dumelo Helps University of Ghana Students with Water Shortage

John Dumelo, a candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Parliament, has taken action to address the water shortage affecting new halls at the University of Ghana. Students have been struggling for days to access water, prompting Dumelo to arrange for tankers of water to be delivered.

The Ghana Water Company has not yet indicated when water service will be restored to the university campus.

Dumelo shared his initiative via social media, stating, “I responded to the plight of students on the Legon campus today regarding water shortage. I hope this gesture will alleviate the situation until a permanent solution is found.”

Dumelo is currently contesting Lydia Alhassan for the Member of Parliament position in the Ayawaso West Wugon constituency, aiming to secure the seat and represent the people.
