The Communications Director for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi, has expressed worry over the fact that the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo-led government continues to fight corruption fighters.
As a government that promised to protect the public purse, Sammy Gyamfi believes that the Akufo-Addo led government has failed.
“Instead of protecting the public purse as they promised in opposition, they have brazenly desecrated the public purse, wasted meager states resources on useless ventures and shielded co-perpetrators of corruption from accountability.”
To Sammy Gyamfi, it will do the country a lot of good if this government is voted out and made to account for their deeds.
“Don’t let your vote, aid them to escape from accountability. Rather let your vote, aid the state to hold them accountable.”
