The John Dramani Mahama campaign has cautioned the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) over its recent announcement regarding a Presidential debate.
A statement from the office of the former President, who is also the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, said the team at IEA did not have any discussion with the NDC before the announcement.
To the NDC and its flagbearer, the decision not to engage them before the said announcement is proof enough that there is an agenda.
The NDC believes that IEA is working to promote the ruling government and seeking to manipulate the electoral process in its favour.
