Harry Kane would trade all of his professional accomplishments for England’s triumph at the Euros in Berlin on Sunday.

The best marksman with the Three Lions has received numerous awards for himself.

Harry Kane claims that if England won the Euros, he would forfeit any personal honors.

However, throughout his career that has seen him play for both Tottenham and Bayern Munich, he has never taken home team awards.

With a win over Spain in the final, Kane, who has 406 goals in 642 career appearances (66 goals for his country), may put an end to both his 15-year title quest and the nation’s 58 years of suffering.

“Would I swap all the top-scorer trophies for the Euros?” the 30-year-old England captain asked. Yes, without a doubt.

“Without a doubt, I would trade everything I’ve done in my professional life for a memorable evening and a victory.

It’s no secret that I haven’t taken home a team award, and as each year passes, you get increasingly driven to rectify that.

“I have the chance to make history with my country and win one of the best prizes imaginable.

I’m quite happy to be English. I’m resolved to turn this into a memorable evening.

When England lost 3-2 to Italy at Wembley on penalties in the previous Euros final three years ago, captain Kane came the closest to taking home a trophy.

The 2018 World Cup Golden Boot winner is feeling even more motivated as he passes the trophy on home soil.

“There’s extra fire in the belly to make sure this one goes our way,” Kane stated, reflecting on the difficult ending of the previous Euros.

“I understand the significance of victory for both our nation and myself. We’ll exert every ounce of effort.

Gareth Southgate, the England manager, is hoping his team can go one better than they did at the previous Euros and end up with a historic victory.

“I believe in dreams, but I don’t believe in fairytales,” he declared. It’s not ‘our moment’ because of fate, the run we’ve had, late goals, or penalties. Now is the time to make it happen.

“We need to win this trophy in order to get the respect of other football players worldwide. I went to World Cups and European Championships to watch as an observer and to see the highlights before our games on the big screens. Only the important games and the finals were broadcast.

“We always had high standards, but they weren’t in line with our actual performance. Right now, we have.

“I’ve been through everything, therefore I don’t have any dread about tomorrow. That’s the fearlessness I want my athletes to possess. We have a better chance of winning if we don’t fear failing.”
