Parliamentary candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the Ayawaso West Wugon constituency, John Dumelo has complained bitterly about the falling cedi.

He explains that the free fall of the cedi is causing businesses to struggle in the country and if something drastic is not done about it, there will be a major challenge.

Dumelo who has been ranting on social media is urging the people of Ghana to change the government as it has failed to live up to expectations.

He cites several instances where businessmen have complained bitterly to him and have decided on voting against the current government.

“I met one Npp businessman who has never voted for Ndc. But he says this time his vote is for John Mahama. He has a factory that employs over 350 workers and he has influenced all of them to vote Jm. Each vote counts!!

Do you know what it means for the dollar to be at 17gh? Food prices are up, fuel is up, rent is up, cement is up, electricity is up, gari and rice are up, hostel fees are up, Trotro fares are up….and people still want to vote for the Npp?
