Singer and songwriter, Nero X born Joseph Nkrumah Buabeng has responded to the low turnout from the recent Dumsor Must Stop Vigil organized by Yvonne Nelson.
Speaking on Cape Coast-based Property FM, he said that despite many people not showing up, it doesn’t make the Dumsor issue resolved.
He reacted “Times change as compared to the previous one that Yvonne Nelson organized but the low turnout from the Dumsor Must Stop Vigil doesn’t change anything.
Even though many people didn’t show up, it still doesn’t matter whether there’s Dumsor or not because we are all here in the country and we feel it in our various homes.
Because when there is Dumsor it affects all of us and when the lights go off it doesn’t affect only one person so the problem still persists whether people came or not,” he responded in an interview with Amansan Krakye.
Meanwhile, the Electricity Company of Ghana and the Ghana Grid Company Limited have announced a three-week power interruption in a statement released by the two entities.
