The Duayaw Nkwanta Area of the Church of Pentecost has paid a courtesy visit to the Duayaw Nkwanta traditional council in the Tano North District of the Ahafo region to commensurate with Nananom and the entire populace of Duayaw Nkwanta over the Demise of their paramount Chief Nana Boakye Tromo III.
The sad incident which was officially pronounced by Nananom last week receive a series of Shocks from the people leaving within the Tano North district and the entire Ahafo region with people pouring in their solidarity messages to sympathize with Nananom for the huge loss.
Speaking to media during the visitation of the Church Of Pentecost to the Duayaw Nkwanta Chief palace, The area head of the Church in the Duayaw Nkwanta area, Prophet Fred Antwi noted that the church received the message was a shock to them and will make sure they partake in all the activities of the funeral rites.
The Okyeame of Duayaw Nkwanta Traditional Council Nana Kyeame Appau affirmed the death of *Nana Boakye Tromo III* to the church leaders and revealed that the one-week celebration of the Late Chief is scheduled on the 31st May to 1st of June 2023 after which the date for the final Funeral rites will be disclosed.
He called on the general public to Join them in numbers on the scheduled date to ensure a successful one-week observation.
Finally, Nana Boakye Bonsu, the Akwamuhene of the Duayaw Nkwanta traditional council expressed gratitude to the church for the Visit and said they should continue to support the Duayaw Nkwanta community and Nananom for a successful funeral on the scheduled dates.
