After it was revealed that their team is among the youngest in Europe, CHELSEA supporters praised co-owner Todd Boehly.

Since the American moved to West London in the past year, the Blues have been spending freely.

Chelsea has been playing with a new lineup of young players.

Todd Boehly seems to have a strategy in place for the young Blues.

Although they have already spent almost £1 billion on new talent, they have not yet seen any improvements on the field.

However, consecutive victories have raised fans’ hopes that there is some sense to the chaos.

Their youthful starlets’ statistic has supporters even more thrilled.

Chelsea has so far this season fielded the fifth youngest starting XI on average in Europe’s top five divisions, according to the CIES Football Observatory.

The average age of Mauricio Pochettino’s XIs up to this point has been just 24.95, ranking them seventh youngest overall.

This is even the more amazing considering that 39-year-old Thiago Silva has started every game, significantly raising the average age.

The young talent surrounding the seasoned Brazilian includes Moises Caicedo, 21, Cole Palmer, 22, and Enzo Fernandez, 22.

Fans also observed that Strasbourg, with an average age of 25.22, rounds out the top 10.

In the top five leagues in Europe, Chelsea’s starting lineup is the sixth youngest on average.

Given that Chelsea’s Clearlake Capital also owns the Ligue 1 team, this is noteworthy.

Ismael Doukoure and Junior Mwanga, both 20 years old, are examples of the emerging potential in Strasbourg.

Angelo Gabriel, a Brazilian teenager on loan from Chelsea, has been playing frequently for them as well.

Fans are ecstatic about their owners’ plan to sign up new talent.

Someone wrote on Twitter: “Todd Boehly and co are building for the future and I am here for it!”

A second person exclaimed, “BlueCo is developing for the future. And currently not doing too badly either.”

Another said, “If you take Silva out, we must be the youngest.”

One more said, “Chelsea and RC Strasbourg || Project.”

Angelo Gabriel, a teenage Chelsea loanee, has frequently played for Strasbourg.
