Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates selected from all basic schools within the Krachi East Municipality of the Oti Region gathered at the Roman Catholic church for career guidance. This is to help them in the choice of subjects for their Senior High School and tertiary level and also prepare well for the job market in the future.
The program was organised by the Youth Evangelism Fellowship (YEF), a non-governmental organisation (NGO), a child centred advocacy group based in the Krachi East municipality, Dambai. Institutions present were Ghana national fire service (GNFS) and other government institutions.
Officers of the Oti Regional Headquarters took the candidates through the history, mandate, functions, and qualifications that allow you to be enlisted into the GNFS.
