Suspected Thief Beaten to Death in Kasoa Ofaakor: Notorious Criminal Finally Apprehended
In the early hours of Saturday, May 6, 2023, a suspected thief believed to be in his mid-30s met his end at Alico, a suburb of Kasoa Ofaakor in the Awutu Senya East Municipality of the Central Region. According to eyewitnesses, the deceased, identified as Kofi, attempted to rob some individuals at knife point as they were on their way to work around 4:30 am.
Unfortunately for Kofi, he was caught by some unknown residents and beaten to death. Further investigations revealed that Kofi was a notorious criminal in the area, with several complaints made against him at the Kasoa Ofaakor police station, but he had never been arrested.
The killing of the suspect has sparked various reactions among residents, with many expressing satisfaction that the notorious thief has finally been brought to justice.
