Black Starlets Train In Serbia Ahead Of UEFA Development U-16 Tournament

The Ghana U17 team, the Black Starlets had its first training session yesterday as part of preparations for the UEFA Development U-16 tournament.

The team has been selected to be part of a four-nation tournament set to begin later today, April 13 and will feature other youth national teams from Switzerland and Spain.

Black Starlets head coach, Karim Zito, and his boys arrived in Serbia in the early hours of Tuesday and had a training session yesterday as they prepare for their first match.

The Black Starlets will open their campaign against the host, Serbia later today, April 13 before taking on Spain and Switzerland on Saturday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 18 respectively.

The final match of the tournament will be played on Tuesday, April 18.
