Vangelis Pavlidis of AZ Alkmaar is reportedly being watched by scouts from CHELSEA and Fulham.

This season, the Greek forward has scored 22 goals in all competitions.

Chelsea and Fulham have scouted striker Vangelis Pavlidis of AZ Alkmaar.

Additionally, Sport 24 reports that he may potentially be headed for a January transfer to the Premier League.

Chelsea, following a disappointing few months under Mauricio Pochettino, has made the purchase of a new forward a key priority.

The Blues have only six wins in their last 18 games, placing them in the lower half of the rankings.

In England’s top division, no team has squandered more opportunities.

Additionally, it’s said that Chelsea has been keeping an eye on Pavlidis this month after first dismissing a deal.

But Fulham, a rival team, presents fierce challenge for the Londoners.

Raul Jimenez might be lost by Marco Silva’s team this winter to Saudi Arabia’s large winter budget.

And because of his goal rate and profile, Pavlidis is thought to be the perfect substitute.

However, the striker’s contract may prove to be a source of contention.

Over the summer, AZ rejected a £13 million bid from Italian powerhouse AC Milan.

The Dutch team is rumored to be seeking at least £21 million for their best player.

When Pavlidis joined them in 2021 from Willem II, he only cost £2 million.

In his debut season with AZ, he netted 25 goals; the next year, he scored 22.

In just 27 games this season, the 35-time Greece international has already hit that mark.

And if his demands are satisfied, Pavlidis might soon be bringing his ambitions to the Premier League.
