Flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama, will today, January 6, 2024, attend the Guan Congress in Winneba.
His aide, Joyce Bawa Mogtari, announced this.
The flagbearer will be in the company of the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Members of Parliament.
“The Flag bearer of the NDC, HE John Dramani Mahama will this morning attend the Guan Congress in Winneba. He will be accompanied by Leadership of the NDC, Members of Parliament and activists of the NDC party,” Joyce Bawa Mogtari shared in a tweet on X.
The objectives of the Guan conference are to foster unity among the Guan-speaking communities in Ghana, to help develop the Guan language and raise them to written standards, to evolve a common Guan language, and to promote and develop Guan arts and culture.
