The Minister for Railways Development in Ghana, John-Peter Amewu, who is also the Member of Parliament (MP) for Hohoe Constituency, has announced that the construction of the Western Railway Line, from Kojokrom to Manso, is currently 85% complete on the standard gauge line.

In a progress report shared earlier today, Minister John-Peter Amewu expressed his satisfaction with the significant strides made in the construction of this vital transportation infrastructure. The Western Railway Line is a crucial component of the government’s efforts to revitalize the country’s railway sector and improve connectivity between major cities and towns.
